Conflict is a natural part of any work environment, and it is possible to navigate through conflict while maintaining relationships, preserving your reputation, and ultimately building more trust and achieving better solutions. Join us for the Transforming Conflict into Collaboration Virtual Workshop and expand your conflict management skills, understand your own emotions and behaviors when addressing conflict, and discover effective strategies for navigating tough conversations and creating a respectful environment that facilitates conflict resolution.

What to Expect
From the comfort of your office or home, this highly interactive virtual workshop will be delivered in two 105-minute sessions. As a participant, you will take part in hands-on activities that will enable you to:
 

• Recognize your natural approach to conflict and how it influences conflict resolution by completing the Conflict Dynamics Profile assessment

• Identify ways to increase collaboration and reduce the incidence of conflict across teams through experiential exercises focused on real-life challenges

• Use communication strategies to turn conflict into problem-solving discussions
   

Who Should Attend?
This introductory workshop is ideal for any faculty or staff who has not had formal training in conflict management or who is interested in brushing up on their skills. Fees
The registration fee is $375, and it covers registration for this two-part virtual workshop as well as the Conflict Dynamics Profile assessment which will provide personal insights regarding your approach to conflict. The registration fee does not include the optional CME fee of $50.
